Creating a FlytBase Profile

A guide on creating a new FlytBase profile or logging in to an existing profile.

Operating System and Browser Requirements

The FlytBase Dashboard is optimized for desktop use and is compatible with Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems. You can access the Dashboard through popular web browsers. For the best experience, we recommend using the latest versions of Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox.

Passwordless Signup and Login for FlytBase

FlytBase provides a passwordless signup and login experience. Users can create a profile with their email address and login using a Magic Link sent to their registered email. This method streamlines the process by eliminating password management while ensuring secure access to the Dashboard.

Creating a FlytBase Profile

To create a new FlytBase profile, follow these steps:

• Open a supported web browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox) and navigate to console.flytbase.com.

• Select Single Sign-On (SSO) with a Google account, or enter your preferred email address and click Continue.

• A notification will appear indicating that a Magic Link has been sent to your email.

• Check your email inbox for a message from FlytBase ([e-mail]) and click the Verify link within the email.

• A new tab will open with a Welcome message from FlytBase. Select Get Started.

• Review the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, then check the box to agree. Click Continue.

• Enter your personal information, including your name and phone number (required). Optionally, add a profile picture. Click Continue.

If you have an existing account, your details will be fetched automatically.

• On the next screen, select your Country, enter your Company Name, and choose your Company’s Business model. If not listed, select Other and provide the relevant details. Click Finish.

• The Management Console will open, allowing you to create, join, and manage Organizations on FlytBase.

Your FlytBase profile has now been successfully created.

Logging into an Existing FlytBase Profile

To log in to an existing FlytBase profile:

1. Open a supported web browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox) and navigate to console.flytbase.com.

2. Select SSO Login with a Google account or enter your registered email address.

If you are already logged in to your SSO account, no Magic Link will be required for login. You will be redirected to the FlytBase Management Console, completing the login process. If you are not logged into your SSO account, you will be redirected to your account login page. Upon completion of login process, You will be redirected to the FlytBase Management Console.

Registered Email Address

To login using an email address:

• Enter the email address in the specified field, and click on Continue.

• A notification will confirm that a Magic Link has been sent to your email.

• Open your inbox and locate the email from FlytBase ([e-mail]). Click the Verify link within the email.

• You will be redirected to the FlytBase Management Console, completing the login process.

Once you have logged in, you can create, join, and manage Organizations on FlytBase.
